Churchyard Wildlife Safari & Pub Night
July 18 @ 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
We’ve invited local wildlife tour guide Mike Woods-Espine of Grub Life to lead us on a deep dive into the fascinating insects and minibeasts that call our churchyard home.
The Plan for the Day:
- 5.00pm – The Churchyard Safari: We’ll start with a short talk, followed by a guided safari to see what we can identify in the grounds.
- Following the Safari – Pub Night & Pot Luck: We’ll head back inside for a social evening. Please bring along a dish to share for our potluck supper.
- After Dinner – Dusk Survey: Mike will be staying on for a night-time survey of the churchyard, where we’ll explore our local bat and moth populations.
The event is free and open to all Coombe Keynes Trust members and friends. While there is no ticket price, any donations on the night are always welcome.
